このチャプターについて
ヒトラーは、ヨーロッパを戦渦に巻き込んでゆく過程において、その勢力を保持し拡大するために、多くの人間を利用しました。特にここに挙げられた者たちは有名で、最後まで歪んだ思想を持ち続けた者、ヒトラーの素顔に遅まきながら気づき、失意のうちにその生涯を終えた者などさまざまです。
彼らがナチ党と軍の権力機構という後ろ盾を失った時、何百万という死屍の上に、自らの罪を発見しました。それは、取り返しのつかない、遅過ぎた発見でした。
このチャプターでは、ドイツが1990年代に制作した番組「ヒトラーの側近たち」を書き起こしたものを紹介します。
