ニワトリ共和国憲法
(Constitution of Kokekokko Republic)
(Die Verfassung von der Kokekokko Republik)

1. すべてニワトリは、健康で文化的な居住空間で、産卵する権利を有す。平場飼いはニワトリ固有の権利である。
   (All chikens have the right to live and to lay eggs under the heathy , cultural time and space.)
   (Alle Huhner haben dem Recht zu legen in dem gesundem und kultureilem Raum.)
2. すべてニワトリは、両性の存在のもとに生命力あふれる有精卵を産卵する権利を有す。一夫多妻はニワトリ固有の社会制度であり、これを尊重する。
   (All chickens have the right to lay lively eggs together with their husband.One to many marriage system is the peculiar sosial system of the chicken . We have respect for it.)
   (Alle Henn haben Recht zu legen dem Ei mit ihrem Ehemann, Die Polygamie ist die eigeartige Institution und wir erachtung dem Institution.)
3. すべてニワトリは、黎明とともに起き、暮鐘とともに眠る権利を有す。電灯による強制産卵はこれを認めない。
   (All chickens have the right to get up with the rising sun and have the right to sleep with the evening bell. Compelling to lay eggs by artificial light must be denied.)
4. すべてニワトリは、多古産の野菜、トウモロコシと千葉産の海藻類を啄ばむ権利を有す。
   (All chickens have the right to peck the feed of vegetables from tako town and marine plants from kujuukuri sea.)
   
5. すべてニワトリは、森林浴、日光浴を楽しむ権利を有す。
   (All chickens have the right to enjoy sun bath and forest bath.)
   
6. すべてニワトリは、人間的価値観を強制されない。ミミズを突っつき呑み込む習性は、恐竜の子孫たるすべてのニワトリに認められるべきである。
   (All chickens are free from human values.They are permitted to peck the worm because they are descendants of dinosaurs.)
   
7. すべてにニワトリは、安全に生活する権利を有し、いたち、たぬき等の害獣及び蛇類からの被害は最小限に抑えられるべきである。
   (All chickens have to live safely and they are free from harm by weasl , snake tanuki,racoon dog.)
   
8. すべてニワトリは、ニュウキャッスル病その他の病気から解放されなければならない。
   (All chickens are free from new castle deseas and etc.)

農場主誓約書(Farmer's pledge)

1. 私は、ニワトリ憲法を遵守し、この高邁な理想のために、誠意をもって、努力することを誓います。
   (I observe constitution of kokekokko republic,and pledge to do best sincerely for realization of this high iderl.)
   
2. 野菜、トウモロコシはできうる限り自家農場で生産するための研究を怠りません。
   (I shall continue the study in order to product the vegetables and corn in my field,)
   
3. 農薬及び化学肥料は人類の大発明であり、これらの使用を拒否しては６０億の人類を飢餓から救うことはできないと考えられますが、ニワトリたちの餌の栽培は低農薬化に努め、農薬は大幅減収により、ニワトリたちの餓死が予測される以外には使用しません。また、有機質肥料の研究に努め、化学肥料の使用をできるだけ少なくします。
   (I think that the agricultural chemicals and chemical manure is a great invention , withaout it 6billion human being are not free from hunger.But I try hard to feed the chicken by feed made from low chemical manure and I use less agricultural chemicals.)

1. 私たちは、よく食い、よく運動し、よく産卵することを誓います。
   (We pledge to eat much , get much exercise and lay many eggs.)
   
2. 産卵率が４０％に低下した場合は、淘汰され、屠られることを拒否しません。願わくば、農場主の研究の成果によって、燻製肉として再利用されんことを。
   (We agree to be killed in such a case that we lay eggs less than 40%.We hope that our meat will change to good smoked meat by our eager farmer.)
   
3. 私たちが放出する鶏糞は喜んで農場に還元いたします。
   (We are glad to offer our droppings in order to make the good fertilizer.)
